Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been supplied or access to it has begun.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right of withdrawal is lost once the supply of the digital content begins, provided that you have:
- expressly consented to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
- expressly acknowledged that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal.
Where you provide this consent and acknowledgment during checkout and the supply of the digital content begins, you will no longer have a right to cancel the purchase or request a refund simply because you have changed your mind.
Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Products
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If the digital product you receive is defective, materially different from its description, inaccessible due to an issue attributable to us, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us at hey@le-bureau.co. We will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase or that a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact us at hey@le-bureau.co with your order details.
